Culinary Capers tours are the brain child of our founder Andrew Wisken, a professional chef with over 40 years culinary experience.
Working with catering companies, hotels, resorts to teaching in Thailand. He saw the need to immerse students in the culture and culinary of the world.
The tours will showcase both culinary diversity and traditional cooking methods. Participants will get hands on approach to understanding the culture and cuisine of the country. At Culinary Capers, our vision is to bring cuisine and culture on a plate. Empowering people to explore the world of culture through cuisine. We believe that travel has the power to broaden minds, foster cultural exchange, and create lifelong memories. We want to help our clients experience culinary and culture.
